Success Story

Project:

Create and revise training documents including, but not limited to, learner resources, job aids, standard operating procedures (SOP), and facilitator guides within the Training and Development team.

Challenges:

The company had no Human Resources department and a very inconsistent interview/new-hire/onboarding structure.

Their training materials were not detailed enough to effectively support new hire training and development.

They're processes were disjointed and had very few informational resources for employees within each department.

Solutions:

-An interview process including pre-screen, and follow up interviews Background/Reference checks, and Offer / Turndown documents

-Onboarding outline, New Hire Checklist, and Brand Identity, DOR’s/Org Charts/Department breakdown communications plan ie: touchbases w/ direct Manager, format, cadence and platforms used, and training schedules.

-SOP creation including filtering and revising existing data on departmental operating procedures for each role addressing all learning styles

-Train-the-Trainer modules

-Assessments and performance reviews

Results:

-Supported the creation of the Learning & Development team.

- Scalable hiring process

- Company knowledge base
